Matt began leading neverthirst in 2019, bringing 18 years of nonprofit and business leadership experience to the role. After a decade working in campus ministry, Matt piloted a ministry launch in Atlanta, GA, focused on community development among under-resourced urban communities. His leadership experience led him to consult across diverse industries in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, and he is thrilled to bring that experience to neverthirst in its next phase of impact and growth.

Matt holds a BA in Mass Communications from Auburn University. He and his wife Julie have three children and reside in Birmingham, AL.

Brandon and his family first volunteered and partnered with neverthirst a year after our beginning. In 2010, Brandon traveled to Sudan to witness our work on the ground, and his life was forever changed. He witnessed women walking miles for water and children who were dying from preventable waterborne illnesses. Brandon pivoted from a thriving medical sales career to fundraising and growing neverthirst to serve more communities around the world. He lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife Kim and two sons.

Conor and his family have partnered with neverthirst for over a decade, including trips to Cambodia and Nepal to see firsthand what God is doing through neverthirst. After a twenty-three year career in Finance and Healthcare, Conor was drawn to serve directly in ministry and spent the last four and half years working with an international ministry. He joined neverthirst in 2022. Conor and his wife Jeanne have been married for over 25 years and have two sons.

Spencer co-founded neverthirst in 2008 alongside close friends and served as Executive Director from 2008 to 2013. After stepping away, he built a career in residential real estate, helping scale Evernest from 500 homes under management in Birmingham, Alabama, to more than 20,000 homes across 50 cities. In 2026, Spencer returned to neverthirst to serve as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, bringing deep experience in growth strategy, brand building, and clear, compelling storytelling. He also hosts the neverthirst podcast, *For the Kingdom*. Spencer lives in Birmingham with his wife of 30 years, Allyson. They have two children, Grant and Mary Ryan.

Jennifer developed a desire to work in nonprofit ministry after spending four summers in college with WinShape Camps. She is thankful for the opportunity to come alongside a team of people who all have one mission—to help meet immediate needs and share the love of Christ. Jennifer holds a degree in Human Development from the University of Alabama and resides in her native city of Birmingham, Alabama. In her spare time, you can find her hanging out with friends and family, and thrifting for treasures.

After growing up in a military family, Neisha learned to love new places, new adventures, and new cultures. She served in Thailand for three years as an Overseas Correspondent after college, and knew Asia would always have a large part of her heart. Continuing her career in communications today, Neisha feels privileged to be a part of a team who cares about the health — physical and spiritual — of people all over the world. She’s excited to share the stories of impact that clean and living water can bring. Neisha holds a degree in Christian Studies from Union University. She and her husband, Blake, have two little girls and live in Birmingham, AL.

Delia developed a love for non-profit work during college, where she had the opportunity to intern at Students for Life of America and became passionate about defending the worth of every individual. She joins us with undergraduate degrees in Public Relations and Psychology from Mississippi College and is proud to join a team that is making a direct impact for the gospel. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors, and you'll likely find her doing something active--from running to playing pickleball--or hanging out in a coffee shop with friends.

Molly joined Neverthirst in July 2025 and brings a heart for meaningful storytelling and intentional design to her role as Marketing Coordinator. With a background in digital strategy, brand communication, and creative content, she considers it a calling to use her marketing skills to serve Kingdom-minded organizations. Originally from Huntsville, Molly studied Communication and Marketing at Auburn University. She now lives in Birmingham with her husband, Cole, and they’re expecting their first baby this October.
